It is crafted from solid 18k yellow gold in a fine polished finish and has a sturdy rolo link chain with four hearts, all adorned with round cut sparkling diamonds carrying a total weight of 0.54 points. Two on the chain, one as a center piece and one dangling below. The larger center heart has one floating diamonds in crystal case and is surrounded on the bezel with 12 round cut diamonds.
